... and 5 years ago, today, I started another cycling pilgrimage, my 1st entirely within England. On this day I cycled from my house in Bracknell to Winchester, a distance of about 65 Km. In Winchester I met the German TV crew who was at the time filming a documentary about the Pilgrims' Way for French and German audiences.
The next day Katy and I started the ride towards Canterbury. Katy was only to ride only the 1st day with me. Four days later we met in Canterbury again at the end of the pilgrimage.
This is a route I fully intend to do again soon.
