Kent Pilgrims' Festival 2022

This is a companion document to the Practical Pilgrim Talks session containing a summary a few of the things I have learnt over several years of cycling pilgrimage. The document makes a couple of assumptions: 

1. You’re not a pilgrim – or at least have never done a pilgrimage by bike before.
2. You’re a leisure cyclist who is not used to riding multi-day, long-distance journeys.
