My good friend Katy Cooper is cycling the Rebellion Way at the moment, which is a new 370km (230 miles) circular route in Norfolk organized by Cycling UK. She posted her first blog about this route yesterday and it makes for excellent reading for those who like to read about adventures (instead of watching them in YouTube).

PS. The Rebbellion in the way is thanks in part to the uprising of Celtic Britons against the Roman empire in circa AD 60–61, when the romans where the rulers of the Earth (well, the much smaller known Earth of the time).

I wrote this blog 8 years ago... time flies.
I really like the bike I did this Red Swinley Forest trail with. I mentioned it in the loger video, stating I was going to miss it when if I had to sell it... I actually ended up giving it away for free, unfortunatelly to a person who wasn't a cyclist and perhaps did not enjoy it so much as someone who is (my girlfriend at the time). Done my best though.
The post includes the long 59 min video of the red trail with voice commentary only and a shorter 10 min video of the trail at 6x the normal video speed with music backgorund only.
Trails have changed slightly over the years but the video still will give you a good idea about how the trail is.

I wasn't really expecting this, but for the 1st time I've done my 15 Km of indoor cycling in less than 29 min (28 min 22 sec, to be exact).
Took me over 4 months to get to this... got close 2x (like 29m10s) which led me to believe I had reached my limit, but this has proven me wrong. Happy with the result, but as the weather improves in the UK I should probably start cycling more outside as well.
