To my knowledge everything was working yesterday and nothings has changed, but the thing with WordPress plugins is that they update themselves automatically by default and that may lead to problems. That seems to be the case now... the plugin that is causing the issue appears to be the Google analytics dashboard for wp. My hosting provider is aware. Hope it gets fixed soon. ... See more View on facebook 5 months ago Can't believe it’s been already 5 years since I published this video in YouTube, on the 9th of May 2018. Such a different time it was... It was a nice, sunny day and I had decided to do a little riding in the Swinley Forest that day as I hadn't been there for a while. As I was riding and thinking about the future of EyeCycled.com it stroke me that it was in May 2015 (3 years earlier) that I had done my 1st Camino de Santiago, which was one of the reasons EyeCycled came to be. I was thinking whether EyeCycled would still be alive in the next 3 years or not. At the time I was unemployed having returned from a voluntary period of professional inactivity a few months before, and I was about to have to renew my Blog's hosting contract, so money was a bit of a concern. Completely out of the blue, I stopped my ride in a nice spot of the Blue Trail (no pun intended), took my phone out and recorded a message asking for money 😆, but also thanking everyone who gave their time to watch or read the content I created. I know that the time-lapse videos are an “acquired taste” and I know it is very unlikely EyeCycled will ever become a profitable enterprise, but I enjoy doing it and there are things in life more important than money. If you can subscribe to the YouTube channel or even help out with a donation, I will be very grateful. The links are in the description of the video. Makes me think I need to get another one of these videos out at some point for the 8th anniversary in May 2023 (or soon after) PS. The video turned out to be a bit long (16 min) because, although my “money begging exercise” was about 3.5 min long, I added another 13 min to the video as a picture slide show with pictures of the bike rides and tours I had done up to that stage in life. https://youtu.be/c8O_9PCHEgQ #EyeCycled #8Years #Anniversary ... See more View on facebook 5 months ago The 17th video of the Faith's Way (Caminho da Fé) which covers stage 14 between the towns of Ouro Fino and Inconfidentes in Brazil starts in 5 min. I will be there in case you have any questions. View on facebook 5 months ago Hello happy cycling people. Continuing on the series of Faith's Way (Caminho da Fé) cycling videos, this Thursday, 27th of April at 18:00h UK time, the next video will air in the EyeCycled YouTube Channel. This "time-lapse" video will cover the short 8.13 km journey of stage 14 between the town of Ouro Fino and the town of Inconfidentes in the federal state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. One interesting fact in this route was that a good part of it is done on the Black Saints Road, which has artwork covering exactly that... images or references to a collection of catholic black saints (black in terms of skin colour, of course). Hope you enjoy this journey as much as I did. Bom Caminho! #EyeCycled the #FaithsWay from #OuroFino to #Inconfidentes ... See more View on facebook Share this:FacebookLinkedInEmailMoreWhatsApp
